Jan-Feb 2019 Kawaii Color Palettes

I know it's still Jan. but technically the payments have gone through for feb. So confusing haha, its all because I started the memberships in the middle of Dec. I believe. But here are the new set of palettes! The theme for Feb is Macarons! :D I hope you guys create some beautiful designs/characters or just normal art with them :D
